Rice flour … ¼ kg
Coconut milk … at sufficiently
Sugar or brown sugar … at sufficiently
Baking powder … at sufficiently
The cooking process:
Cook sugar and mix with rice flour and coconut milk, put the batter into the oil that has been heated. Pour a spoonful by spoonful. Flush cake with hot oil when frying. Give color to the dough according to taste.
