Recipe of Serabi(Serebe) Cake

Ingredients:
Rice flour   …   1 kg
Coconut milk   …   4 cups
Eggs   …   4
Sugar   …   at sufficiently
Salt   … at sufficiently
Pandan leaves   …   at sufficiently

The cooking process:
Break the eggs and stir rice flour and coconut milk. Then stir until evenly distributed. After that give the salt and sugar. Stir until evenly distributed. Insert the mixture into a mold that has been heated. Close the mold while waiting to ripe. When ripe, open and take by frying spatula(Sutil). Serve with grated coconut or milk that made from brown sugar.
