Recipe of Lapis Cake

Ingredients:
Rice flour   …   ½ kg
Tapioca   …   ¼ kg
Sugar   …   ¼ kg
Salt   …   at sufficiently
Water   …   15 cc
Color…   at sufficiently
Thick coconut milk   …   25 cc

The cooking process:
Cook coconut milk with sugar first, while the flour mixed with cold water. Insert the dough into coconut milk has been riped. cook in turn. Wait for first coat to be half cooked, pour the next layer. Do it according you want. Combine sumba (dye) according to taste. If it has been cooked (a surface starts to harden), lift it. Chill first and then start cutting to serve.
