Recipe of Apem Cake

Ingredients:
Rice flour   …   ½ kg
Coconut water   …   ½ L
Sugar or brown sugar   …   at sufficiently
Fermented cassava   …   at sufficiently
 
The cooking process:
Blend the fermented cassava. Then mix with rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and coconut milk. The mixture is stored (+/- overnight). The next day steamed in a mold. Spread butter on the mold before you put dough to the mold.
