Ingredients:
Rice flour … ¼ kg
Tapioca flour … ½ ons
Thick coconut milk … ½ L
Vanilla … at sufficiently
Pandan leaves … at sufficiently
Sugar … at sufficiently
The cooking process:
Cook coconut milk before you use it,and then mix with flour, sugar, and vanilla. Batter is poured in a mold which has been hot. If you like the colors, give color on the top of bikang that will ripe. Grab at the bottom of the cake on the mold so that bikang to be blossom
